Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Description: Behavior Analysts will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians. Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention programs to clients, in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Create programs and behavior intervention plans

Complete skill assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS

Strong interpersonal and writing skills

Train and supervise school staff and home behavior technicians

Parent training

Comply with all HIPAA laws
