Job Summary:
As a family owned business, It is the responsibility of the area sales representative to help grow a designated, individual sales territory. It is important that the sales representatives have motivation and great time management skills in order to create and maintain their sales goal. Attention to detail is also a crucial quality needed in order to keep track of sales goals and leads.
Duties:
· Required to go do office visits to title companies, agents, builders etc.
· Must be able to create relationships.
· Be able to find opportunities such as CE classes, marketing events & office meetings to present & sell at.
· Be able to answer any questions clients may have via phone or email or in person.
· Work closely with sales manager to ensure a successful sales territory.
· Track your daily activities in CRM.
· Knowledge of real estate industry / home warranty is required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales industry is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
