Sales Representative

Job Summary
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative in the Denver, CO area. As a crucial part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for growing total sales volume within the assigned regional territory by sourcing new sales opportunities and staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, product knowledge, and pricing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make 40+ phone calls daily to nurture and expand our customer pipeline.
- Prospecting: Identify prospective customers using CRM tools, data acquisition software, and online research.
- Sales Strategy: Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Management to achieve new customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Relationship: Build strong rapport with customer retail management, purchasing staff, and budtenders to secure orders and high visibility store placement.
- Product Education: Educate buyers on the LuvBuds product lines.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of products on shopluvbuds.com and the cannabis industry.
- Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies utilizing our CRM system.
Skill Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous retail sales experience required (selling directly to stores or chains).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Techniques: Thorough understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Previous CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and MS Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales achievement. Experience in the cannabis or smoke shop industry is a plus, but more important to be a sales pro to retail.
- CRM Systems: Demonstrated understanding of CRM systems.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to trade shows, etc. (less than 10%). Willing to work after-hours and weekends to meet customers’ needs when required.

- Location: Office-based role at LuvBuds HQ, Denver, CO.
- Age: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation.
- Compliance: Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Salary, Benefits, and Bonus
- First 60 days: Probationary period earning $10,000.00 paid semi-monthly.
- Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 salary per year, plus uncapped commission.
- Health Insurance: Eligibility after 3 months of full-time employment.
- PTO/Vacation: 2 weeks eligibility after 6 months of full-time employment.
