We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will assist in leading the day-to-day care in our facility and play a crucial role in overseeing treatment and ensuring all patients receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates the work of the nursing department personnel to achieve the following results:
- All residents are bathed or showered as scheduled.
- That all residents are turned, given medication, and treatments, and kept dry.
- That all nursing personnel have access to voice concerns.
- All residents are offered adequate nutrition and fluids daily
- Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care deliveries.
- The charge nurse will be responsible for disciplining to staff
- Performs all initial and daily skilled nursing assessments as required.
- Responsible for and supervises the execution of physician orders.
- Responsible for maintaining the medical record by all regulatory guidelines and in cooperation with Medical Records personnel.
- Assign duties of nursing personnel by preparation, ability, and job description.
- Evaluate nursing personnel on an ongoing basis.
- Ascertains that all resident care policies and procedures are adhered to and continually evaluates the quality of care, reporting to the Director of Nursing as necessary.
- Assumes the role of leader and demonstrates this role by example, understanding, and guidance.
- Acts as liaison between the resident, physician, and responsible resident/patient representative.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in AZ state.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
- Must chart nurses’ notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and resident’s response to care.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
- Effective communication, organization and prioritization skills.
- Customer service skills/experience required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Schedule: Currently hiring two Full-Time positions.
- Day shift; Will oversee nursing staff during weekend schedule.
- Night shift
