Our company is looking to hire a receptionist/office assistant to join our team!
Job duties:
-Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors
-Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
-Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand
-Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
-Processing tax returns (print, organize pages, scan documents, mail returns)
-Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
-Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
Work Schedule:
Full time Monday-Friday 9-5 with Overtime availability during tax season (January-April)
Part Time Option May-December
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
