We are working with a food manufacturer in Phoenix seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This person ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a food manufacturing facility. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery (e.g., mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration units).

Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and fix maintenance issues.

Keep maintenance areas and tools clean and organized.

Safety and Compliance:

Technical Support:

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
