Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a blend of administrative support, customer service, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Attributes:
The right candidate will play a vital role in helping us become one of the most prominent brand(s) in Home Organization by handling incoming calls and assisting with administrative duties. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant needs to be a great communicator, provide good customer service, and have a friendly/outgoing personality. Knowledge and/or prior experience of Improveit 360 (i360) is a plus, but not required.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with front desk operations is preferred
-High School Diploma or GED required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on a telephone
- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds on occasion
HOURS REQUIRED:
- Monday — Friday: 8:30a — 1:30p EST
(excluding holidays as determined by the Artisan Family of Brands holiday schedule)
- Initial Training Hours may vary and in person training is required
