Kensington School is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work out of our central office in Burr Ridge. Our office is home to several departments that support our 14 school locations. Our Administrative Assistant will focus on general secretarial duties supporting all home office departments including but not limited to our payroll, tuition and billing and our admissions departments.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and personable demeanor
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- General knowledge of administrative office duties
- Strong communication skills and a friendly vibe are a must
- Ability to maintain an organized and efficient office
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
