- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Support team management by coordinating meetings, events, and office activities
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Uphold high standards of organizational efficiency within the office environment
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic clerical tasks and office procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
