We’re looking for someone who loves helping customers find the right solutions. You’ll support customer demonstrations, training, events, and bid responses. You’ll also handle post-sale training and troubleshooting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learn and Share: Understand BenQ’s product lines and demonstrate their features to customers
- Train Partners: Provide in-person, recorded, or live webinar training to end users and channel partners
- Support Sales: Arrange product demos, respond to customer questions, and explain product benefits
- Create Content: Write, produce, and edit product training videos
- Report: Provide weekly updates on your activities
- Collaborate: Work with Marcom, Product Management, Customer Support, and HQ teams
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 5+ years in Audio, Video, or Education applications; training or teaching role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with interactive flat panels, projectors, digital signage, and IT basics like TCP/IP networking
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
