LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK THURS-FRI NIGHTS , SATURDAY-SUNDAY ALL DAY
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills:
- Catering experience is a plus
- Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting servers
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
- Culinary passion and interest in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Excellent customer service skills
