Typical day duties are as follows:
- Perform surgeries, typical day includes soft tissue with a possible urgent care.
- Examine animals, prescribe in house lab work, radiographs, medications as needed.
- Educate pet owners on proper dental care and nutrition
- Provide emergency care to injured or sick animals
- Collaborate with other veterinary professionals for specialized treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical records of all patients
```Requirements```
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid state veterinary license
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine, including diagnostics, surgery, and preventive care
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Proper record keeping
