Position Overview: The ideal candidate we seek is a seasoned content creator adept at sculpting compelling, persuasive, and top-tier written content. Familiarity with list & database management, CRM platforms, and an intuitive grasp of our brand's distinctive voice are essential attributes. While experience in events is advantageous, it is not an obligatory criterion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, grow and clean our LPs, VC, Founders, Corporations, Governments lists and database
- Own the whole firm’s marketing stack across different platforms
- Own email marketing and external communication
- Manage our monthly newsletter distribution
- A/B testing our digital strategy
- Develop, refine, and publish captivating content across diverse digital platforms, ensuring a seamless alignment with our brand's distinctive voice.
- Collaborate closely with both marketing and design teams to strategize and cultivate site content, refining style and layout.
- Supervise and curate content calendars, ensuring the punctual delivery of materials.
- Leverage CRM platforms to intimately understand our audience, tailoring content to resonate with their preferences.
- Craft, revise, and optimize marketing emails, product descriptions, landing pages, and beyond. Assure the utmost quality of written content through meticulous grammar, style, and clarity.
- Contribute to or spearhead event promotions, crafting captivating collateral to invigorate attendance and engagement.
- Embrace feedback from colleagues and clients, adeptly incorporating necessary enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Affinity), coupled with adeptness in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Exceptional multitasking aptitude, thriving even under the tightest of deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to detail, cultivating precision across all written works.
- Prior exposure or understanding of event marketing confers a distinct advantage.
- Superlative writing, proofreading, and editing proficiencies.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, exemplifying a history of punctuality and efficiency.
