Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced, talented, empathetic treatment sales representative. Selling healthcare services is a unique form of sales, as it’s imperative to put the interests of our patients above all else - we are in the business of improving the lives of human beings. Our preferred candidate loves people and gains tremendous satisfaction from enhancing the lives of others. We are seeking someone with a deep level of compassion, the ability to connect, to speak with authority, to uphold the highest standards of integrity, and to care for our patients as they make one of the most consequential decisions of their lives. This type of “selling” is simply consulting with a patient, in-clinic, that has booked an appointment to determine if full-mouth implants is the correct solution for them.
Skills and Experience
The patient consultation is a medical appointment that requires an understanding of basic medical terminology and the high-level details associated with dental implant surgery. Experience in an adjacent field is preferred or a willingness to learn quickly is required for this role.
Commission-based sales experience in a one-on-one, in-person, consultative selling environment is preferred. A professional and/or personal track record of investing time and energy in caring for others is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient consultations to assess treatment needs
- Assisting patients in decision-making processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with patients
- Managing patient records using our CRM system
- Following up with potential patients to provide information and support
- Participating in local marketing efforts to generate leads
- Cultivating referral relationships with existing patients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of consultative B2C sales experience
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Experience with contact tracking systems (CRM)
