We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospice Community Liaison. As a Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our community members. This position requires a combination of strong communication skills, marketing expertise, and a passion for community engagement.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Serve as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Organize and attend community events, meetings, and workshops
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for community partnerships and collaborations
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and sentiment, providing insights for improvement
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
```Experience```
- Proven experience in performance marketing and product management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with print advertising and traditional marketing strategies
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
