Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Coach to join our team at Umbrella. As a Sales Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our sales team.. Your expertise in sales, combined with a background in training or coaching, will be instrumental in ensuring our sales representatives are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Coaching, Accountability and Oversight:
- Provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives, offering guidance on effective sales strategies, objection handling, and relationship-building techniques.
- Listen to calls, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.
Performance Analysis:
- Implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and individual performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Sales Training and Development:
- Work with our Head of Sales to develop and mainly to implement and optimize training programs for our team, with a specific focus on selling to solopreneurs in the digital marketing space.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, role-playing scenarios, and other resources to enhance the team's selling capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in sales, preferably with a successful track record of selling to solopreneurs or small business owners.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
