**Job Summary:**
Join our team at Senior Helpers as a Recruiter where you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. As a part-time Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing pop up hiring events, attending job fairs, and screen potetential caregivers.
**Duties:**
- Attend job fairs, netwroking events, and host hiring events for potential caregivers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- 5 years experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare field, including at-home caregiveing and care plans.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage multiple priorities.
-Outside of the box thinking, able to challenge the status quo, and adapt to change effectively.
