Prepares and produces survey documents as directed. Performs project research, review plats, legal descriptions & calculations, maintains records and prepares CADD drawings and survey sketches. Familiar with a variety of survey concepts, practices and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CADD and Survey computer skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2015+)
- Working knowledge of civil engineering practices, a plus
- Process Survey Data
- Topographic | Design | Boundary Surveys
- Prepare Right-of-Way Maps
This position requires a High School Diploma, G.E.D.; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 year’s experience in land development surveys preferred. College graduate with related degree and less experience will be considered. Ability to read and interpret surveying plans, maps and documents.
