Local Monument office is looking to expand our staff and create a better workflow in the office. If you are someone who can efficiently work on multiple projects at a time in a small family owned business, consider joining our monument team.
Brief description of ideal candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent and prefer 1-2 years’ experience.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with clients
- Self-Motivated, willing and able to work independently
- Ability to communicate clearly, exhibit patience, and have professional & pleasant phone etiquette
- Ability to take initiative and work well with others including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, team members, and vendors.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask and handle all situations professional
- Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excl).
- Must be flexible and have a positive attitude.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines (i.e. fax, copier, printers, etc.) required.
- Strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Answer phones in a professional manner and is able to capture pertinent information to take messages and route incoming calls to proper person
- Greet clients in person and create a welcoming and clean space
- Routinely open orders, label folders, and organize documentation
- Assist in sales appointments with families
- Assist in compiling post-closing packages
- Write emails, thank you notes, and other correspondence to clients
- Perform additional tasks needed from supervisor team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.23 - $16.28 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
