The Blue Crab in Slidell is a high volume traditional New Orleans seafood restaurant. We are currently seeking a Line Lead (potential AKM).
We’re located at 118 Harbor View Ct. Slidell, LA 70458.
Essential Functions:
· Oversee quality control of food.
· Check in orders.
· Ensure kitchen is cleaned as directed.
· Proficiency in and Ability to work ALL STATIONS (Fry, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Oyster Bar)
· Prep when needed.
· Manage staff as needed.
Requirements
· 1 year as kitchen leadership and/or management at high volume restaurant required.
Compensation
· Salary commensurate with experience ($16 - $20 per Hour)

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
