Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - $5000 Signing Bonus!
Woburn and North Andover Pediatric Associates, a physician-owned practice for 55+ years, is looking for two Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians to join our busy pediatric practice in our Woburn AND North Andover locations.
In response to the growing needs of our patients, we continue to expand the scope of our integrated behavioral health services. This growth presents an exciting opportunity to add these additional BH clinicians to work full-time with our pediatric providers in Woburn and North Andover as part of a valuable & collaborative multi-disciplinary team.
The proactive and collaborative clinicians in this new role will:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term evidence-based behavioral health interventions to our patients & families.
- Provide consultative and educational support to our medical providers when seeing patients with behavioral health needs, including patients that are in crisis situations.
- Help evolve the practice’s integration efforts by identifying problems and making recommendations for the future-state of our BH offerings.
- Support the coordination of care for behavioral health recommendations and referrals to community-based providers and services outside the practice, as needed.
- Document progress notes and communication within the electronic medical record (Epic) in a timely manner.
- Actively participate in meetings and professional development that support the practice’s integrated healthcare model and enhance our ability to provide effective, efficient, and quality care.
This full-time clinicians will work onsite in our WOBURN and NORTH ANDOVER offices Monday - Friday (30-40 hours/week).

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Credentials:
- Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling required.
- Independent licensure to practice in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC) required.
- 3+ years clinical experience working with children, adolescents & families in a pediatric primary care or other pediatric medical setting is strongly preferred.
- Must be eligible for contracting and credentialling with all insurers, including MassHealth.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
- Working knowledge of the child mental health system and understanding of “behavioral health integration in primary care” and the “medical home”
- Proven record of collaborative service delivery, and well-developed written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, & organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- CAN DO! solutions-oriented approach to the job.
- Experience using an EMR (electronic medical record) system; preferably Epic.
