Job Summary
Sarant Cadillac is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our ever growing and successful service team.
*Required*
- 3 years or more experience in a service advisor role
- Proof of past success in meeting Customer Experience goals
- A proven track record in achieving gross profit and sales goals
- Ability to multi task and use critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license
*Preferred*
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds
- GM experience
*Responsibilities as an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor*
- Greets customers in a timely manner to obtain vehicle information at drop off
- References customer vehicle history at time of write up to properly document customer's concern in a clear and concise manner
- Sets clear expectations for length of appointment
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers to EXCEED their expectations
- Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and future maintenance to optimize dealer revenues
- Implement quality control and perform active delivery
- Maintain a clean and effective work station
- Maintain a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
