We are seeking experienced candidates to join the Brock Cabinets team as an Office Assistant/Service Coordinator.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position would be required to help the office leadership team in performing some of the following duties: helping to manage scheduling for cabinet installations and deliveries, communicate with customers and develop strong working relationships with our client base, and develop an understanding for multiple operating platforms that the company and our vendors use to work in and communicate with. These duties are not limited to just these tasks. Candidate is needed to have a willingness to potentially multitask and help in other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and active listening.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
· Ability to self-motivate as well as excellent time management.
· Always have a smiling face and a positive attitude.
JOB TYPE: Full Time
SALARY RANGE: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

· (2) years of office experience required.
· (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
