ParkNation has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Representative. We are looking for a Marketing Maven with High-Energy and a Can-Do Spirit. The job responsibilities are:
- Market Surveys - Research and develop comprehensive market surveys using existing templates to assess market conditions, analyzing local multi-family competitors' pricing and amenity packages, establishing demographic profiles of our current and potential customers.
- Marketing Plans and Forecasting - Develop and present marketing plans for each community with recommendations of specific avenues of advertising to appeal to the potential customer for each area that we operate in.
- Social Media Presence - Conceptualize and create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, content ideation and distribution, implementation schedules. Grow and expand our social presence into new platforms. while enhancing presence on existing platforms including Facebook; Craigslist; Turbo Tenant, Twitter, and Instagram. Research and monitor competitor's social media activities to ensure brand safety and success. Report progress and growth on all social campaigns to Senior Management. Support sales and leasing by cultivating leads from social media campaigns through a planned approach.
- Content Publishing - Plan, create, distribute and schedule engaging written and/or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page content, blogs, and social media messages. Create a regular publishing schedule and implement it through an editorial calendar to plan, manage and promote specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Lead Generation Tracking - Develop a comprehensive plan for tracking lead generation initiatives. Analyze the number of leads generated from a particular source and the closing ratio on those leads to ascertain where future marketing efforts should be focused and measured the cost per general and captured lead. Impeccable records should be kept and updated on a consistent basis and used as a basis for future programs.
- Customer Service and Satisfaction - Engage customers through content aimed at turning prospects or followers into customers and existing customers to social media brand advocates. Collect and analyze data about visits and interactions to create comprehensive reports and use that information to improve future marketing strategies.
- Reputation Management - Create brand awareness and ensure a strong online reputation through constant engagement and well-planned, timely, accurate and platform-relevant updates across social media.
