We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven person who thrives both at an individual level and in a team-based work environment. This candidate should have an outgoing personality while also being able to pay close attention to detail. The sales associate must communicate with customers daily through a variety of platforms, ensuring a thorough and seamless buying experience. The Lägler Sales Representative will sell all products and services including but not limited to equipment, repairs and trainings.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Generate new customer leads through inbound communications, lead follow-up and outbound calls
· Support current and potential customers by providing expert product knowledge and general customer assistance by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with various client audiences
· Educate customers on the benefits of Lägler products using presentations and promotions to close sales
· Perform in-house Premium Sanding Technology (PST®) classes and trainings
o Scheduling PST®, leading lectures, demonstrate proper sanding techniques, document the training, complete any reporting following the class
· Travel to partner locations to execute product demonstrations, classes and trainings
· Supply management with reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
· Maintain all databases by correctly and thoroughly inputting customer data and reports to reflect current sales interactions

Education and Experience
● 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience and/or an associate’s degree in a business-related field
Working Conditions:
● Primarily an office environment with some travel. Occasional assistance in inventory control may be required.
● Must be able to lift up to 85 pounds as well as kneel and bend over for periods of time.

Interview Process: We will be reviewing interviews from June 13, 2024 through June 23, 2024 with interviews starting the week of June 24, 2024.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
