By the way, I speak from personal experience. I am the real deal. I sold 39 homes my first year in real estate, 2000. I started my family owned real estate office in 2003 and was extremely successful every year thereafter. I've sold as many as 48 homes myself in a single year. I did that while managing a team of 6 full-time agents and 2 part-time agents. Together we sold 89 homes that year.

THE MONEY STUFF: It's straightforward and no nonsense. WE DON'T CHARGE MONTHLY DESK FEES. Our annual cap is one of the lowest in the industry at just $16K annually. We have a very progressive split, 80/20 in favor for Experienced Agents, 70/30 in favor for New Agents.
I've also never required my agents to join the National Association of Realtors Many real estate offices still force you to join this and other organizations and pay their exorbitant annual dues.. These memberships and dues can cost you over $1000 per year. I don't make you join these organizations or pay their dues.
FACT: I've brought on countless agents over the years, some were brand new to the business, some were experienced agents who were just burned out by the brokerage they were with. Some of them were part time, some full-time. I helped many of these agents to sell 3, 5, 8, 12 homes their first year with our office..

The live weekly coaching and training schedule of classes coupled with the on-demand coaching and training availalble to our agents that my business partner Danny Griffin and I have created is simply unparalleled. We offer live classes, Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on a variety of topics designed to continually improve our agents skill sets.
