We are looking for a go-getter, customer friendly, and business minded.
As a front desk lifestyle consultant at Parmer Crossing, essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests.
These include:
- Greeting members and guests upon arrival
- Answering phone calls
- Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments
- Actively sell new memberships and retain current memberships
- Re-engaging inactive members
- Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Any other duties as assigned

Education:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Skills and Training:
- Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Possess and/or learn general knowledge of massage and massage modalities
- Have strong phone and computer skills
- Possess basic math and cash handling experience
- Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
Communications and Personal Interactions:
- Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, and the franchised location’s management and team
- Maintain client confidentiality
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
