Marketing & Business Development Director
Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP is a mid-size business law firm in Omaha, Nebraska, serving clients since 1944.
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and versatile marketing and business development director.
The ideal candidate has experience developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns – plus the ability to work with our attorneys to identify opportunities for new clients and strengthen the firm’s relationships with existing clients.
Objectives of this role
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
- Analyze client insights and trends and stay on top of marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Determine quality networking opportunities and establish relationships with community leaders and organizations to ensure strong connections.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative strategies to meet objectives for all advertising and communications, including print, e-mail, digital, and video assets.
- Manage and update website, social media, online business profiles, and industry platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Design, plan, assemble articles for, and distribute the quarterly newsletter.
- Determine the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives utilizing tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Five years of proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Previous experience designing and editing in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with Word Press, Constant Contact, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Pro.
- Must possess a high level of self-motivation and self-confidence with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills with an eye for details.
- Ability to portray a professional image consistent with AKC Law using phone calls, e-mails, and other correspondence.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new skills, particularly computer programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
