Position Overview:
New opening for a Key Account Manager in Houston to help drive client and revenue growth! This position is elgiible for commission and benefits!
The main duties include:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs, budgets, and requirements.

Grow key accounts by continuously offering additional services and cross-selling.

Resolve any key client issues working with internal teams.

Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic key client accounts.

Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.

Log client updates and opportunities in the CRM.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve client targets.
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new key client opportunities and industry trends.

Analyze market data to develop client strategies for business growth.

Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
Business Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement client strategies to achieve company goals.

Create comprehensive business plans including target markets, client strategies, and financial projections.

Set and track sales targets, client targets, KPIs, and objectives

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

10+ years of experience in an aggressive sales environment.

5+ years of experience in the NDT industry.

A proven track record of customer relationships and contract awards in the energy markets.
Certificates and Licenses Required:
- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.
