ROLE DESCRIPTION
Position: Event Coordinator
Location: Westlake, Ohio
Type: Full-time, On-site

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated project management experience, with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event planning are handled with precision and thoroughness.
- Educational Background: Pursuing (or recently graduated from) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Project Management, or a similar program.
- Passion for Events & Travel: A joy and excitement for the power of events and all things planning. As well as traveling on-site to supervise and assist the events.
- Professional Development: Brings a proactive attitude toward professional development and advancement.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and partner with multi-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly to shifts in strategy and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Bonus: Volunteer experience with an organization that you are passionate about (we love supporting our local and global communities).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Planning Collaboration: Collaborate with the event planning team to plan and execute successful events, corporate meetings, and incentive trips for valued clients.
- Support Program Managers: Assist Program Managers (the lead event planner for each event) in researching best options for event needs (design, menus, activities, etc.) and provide assistance with developing client-facing presentations.
- Meeting Preparation: Work alongside Program Managers to prepare for client meetings and take comprehensive notes.
- Document Management: Proofread event documents, prepare program materials for on-site event execution, and coordinate pre-event packages to be mailed to attendees.
- Itinerary and Agenda Development: Assist with creating personalized itineraries for event attendees, while also developing structured agendas, accommodation details, and trip plans for Program Managers' travel schedules.
