Regional Sales Manager
CONAC, the leading provider of concrete lifting products and accessories to precast concrete producers (PCI and NPCA members), is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Customer base: Precasters (Precast and prestressed concrete producers).
- Maintain and grow sales to existing customers.
- Learn CONAC products and their applications.
- Develop new sales opportunities by presenting CONAC products to engineers, plant managers, and buyers.
- Travel inside the region to visit customers.
- Attend regional and national industry events organized by PCI and NPCA and their chapters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 plus years of sales experience in the precast/prestress industry.
- Strong presentation, phone and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and ability to learn internal systems.
- Social media savvy, LinkedIn.
- Must be organized and able to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to travel extensively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
