Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive sales manager/director.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales management.
- Proficient in leading a team of sales professionals as a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to track/manage vehicle inventory.
- Good negotiating skills for closing sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive accounting to be able to properly figure vehicle costs, profit margins, etc.
- Strong knowledge of market conditions.
- General Motors product knowledge is a plus.
- General Motors dealer experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
