What will you be doing?
- Caleres Learning Center Administration: Manage course/learning path activations, enrolments, rules, escalations, and maintain the user interface
- Training Development: Develop training content and knowledge checks using RISE360, Word, PowerPoint, Vyond, Enable Now, Video Editing, and other tools and templates to achieve end user training goals
- Training Advising: Advise the training team on innovative, effective, and efficient training strategies including micro-training, gamification, and certifications, especially as it relates to the features of Caleres learning platforms
- Enable Now Administration: Manage the features and functions of Enable Now and SAP Companion to support users in their role, using simulations, real time support and other functions
- Compliance Program Administration: Manage internal and 3rd Party compliance training programs, enrollments, and reporting
- Associate Training Data Manager: Collaborate with HRIS and IT on the data integration feeds between Ceridian, SAP, and the training systems
- Training Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for quarterly leadership reports, training status report, compliance / audit report, dashboards, etc.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
- 3-5 years’ experience in LMS administration, reporting, and organizational instructional design and training development
- Litmos Learning Management System Administration and utilization
- Enable Now and SAP Companion administration, outputs, and utilization
- Highly skilled in instructional design, traditional and e-learning development skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams
- Excellent writing, proof reading, and facilitation skills
