The Front of House Manager leads daily operations of the business. They are accountable for the overall quality of the hospitality experience. They work closely with the management team, and line staffs to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
Front of House Manager and coordinates operations of their business unit by working closely with the Director of Operations. Together they ensure that the business is aligned with the vision and core values of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth, restaurant events and through our different multimedia platform.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
