We are seeking a new enthusiastic team member who is highly organized, displays a service-oriented approach, has a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This career-oriented administrative professional will enjoy making things run like clockwork while making his/her work look effortless (even when it's not). This critical position works across multiple departments/companies to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, recommending improvements where needed. The ideal candidate will have experience performing multiple roles, including:
- HR program administration
- Welcomes visitors at the reception desk
- Executive administrative support
- Office Supply ordering/management
- General office upkeep
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, willing to be flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks with a positive attitude and capable of managing his/her workload and prioritizing tasks in a fun and fast-paced corporate environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests / maintain reception desk area.
- Supporting staff recruitment and onboarding process.
- Processing payroll and benefits
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation.
- Answering phones and transferring calls.
- Supporting the company's CEO while he is in the office, including dictation transcription and scheduling and preparing conference room for meetings.
- Write/edit letters and documents.
- Maintain office and break room supply stock.
- Ensure offices are tidy and organized.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, HR experience preferred.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work product.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
