Job Description:
RJV Office Furnishing is seeking a dynamic and experienced e-Commerce and Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both online and retail sales, with a focus on selling office furniture. This role requires a motivated individual who can drive sales growth through multiple channels, including our e-commerce platform and physical retail locations. The candidate will manage the NJ office for three days a week and the NYC office for two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both online and retail channels to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. Engage with customers both online and in-store to drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our office furniture products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- e-Commerce Management: Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Retail Operations: Assist with in-store sales activities, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales across both channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to management.
- Training and Development: Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technology to enhance the customer shopping experience, both online and in-store.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce and retail sales, preferably in the office furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software such as ODOO or ZOHO.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Entrepreneurial aptitude with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to travel and commute within New Jersey for client meetings.
- An extrovert with the ability to attend networking events organized by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Knowledge of office furniture trends and market dynamics.
Quarterly Sales Bonus:
We offer a competitive quarterly sales bonus program designed to reward outstanding performance. As an eCommerce and Retail Sales Specialist, you will be eligible for quarterly bonuses based on the achievement of specific Revenue targets and KPIs.
Retail Sales Commission:
On Retail Sales, you will be eligible for a competitive retail sales commission. This commission structure is designed to reward your efforts and success in driving specific Revenue retail targets sales.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
