Title: IT EPMO Operations Analyst

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Review the existing IT PMO processes and methodologies and propose improvements to streamline the PMO
- Gather the data outputs from projects and develop reports and forecast about past and future project performance, analyze/manage the data and find insights that can be used to improve projects and how they function
- Prepare data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, project stakeholders, and the C-suite, with an understanding of the different needs of each
- Review and monitor all IT project performance and perform regular process compliance checks and prepare reports for same
- Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Work with EPMO teams to ensure practices are well communicated and understood
- Participate in the development and governance of IT EPMO methodology and assets including standardized process, tools and templates
- Train project managers in standardized practices for project management areas including schedule, cost, risk and issues, scope, resource, change, and quality
- Assist in portfolio prioritization and planning including prioritization model and processes for Intake and Demand management
- Document the improvements and develop implementation plans
- Report on project health metrics and facilitate leadership reviews
- Report on project resource allocations and capacity
- Focus in improving the PMO processes from Cost and Schedule management prospective
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in IT PMO or managing IT projects
- Experience working in a large-scale IT project/program management environment
- Experience executing and providing oversight to IT projects/programs across a portfolio
- Knowledge of how to mature a project management capability and successfully drive change
- Expert understanding of the Project, Program and Portfolio Management processes and methodologies
- Proficient with Project Management tool
- Experience managing project actuals, project reporting and budgeting
- Expert in Excel
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Pay: $85,188.00 - $110,000.00 per year
