Duties and Responsibilities
- · Conduct, complete, and submit incident investigations within required deadlines and time- frames.
- · Maintain, manage and update records and required documentation for reportable and non-reportable incidents.
- · Assist with audit preparation and administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- · Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience as an incident manager/ investigator in a program that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- · Must be certified by OPWDD in incident management and investigation at the time of appointment.
- · Familiarity with NYS Justice Center regulations and procedures governing incident reporting and investigation.
- · Excellent writing and communication skills.
- · Proficiency with the Incident Reporting Management Application (IRMA).
- · Ability to travel to multiple locations within Central Brooklyn.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
