7 Days Job Contract - Job Description for Sports Event Staff
We are looking for 4 self-motivated candidates to work in a Pop-Up Store at a Futsal Tournament representing the well-known brand Senda. This is a temporary position for the duration of the 7-day event, where you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our booth.
Event Details:
- Event Name: United Futsal, Champions Cup Series National Championships
- Event Dates: July 11th to July 17th
- Location: Orange County Convention Center (9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL. 32819)
Responsibilities:
As part of the our Team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the Senda booth before the event starts each day.
- Attending the booth and providing excellent customer service to visitors.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Handling card transactions for sales (Trainning will be provided)
- Restocking inventory and ensuring the booth remains presentable and well-stocked throughout the event.
- Assisting with booth breakdown and packing up at the end of each day.
Work Hours:
Candidates would be able to choose between morning shift and afternoon shift, depending on their availability.
Morning shift: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Compensation:
- $150 per day.
- Payment will be made on-site upon completion of the event.
Requirements:
- Athletic and energetic personality.
- Interest & knowledge in soccer or Futsal is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sales transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as lifting and moving boxes.
