Counseling Associates is expanding to Concord! While we're securing the details of our new location, we are pursuing candidates for our Office Assistant role.
Every day is a little different at Counseling Associates! As the Office Assistant, you'll be the first face our clients see when they come into our Concord office. We're looking for someone who has a friendly demeanor and wants to support our mission of helping people. You'll enjoy getting to know both colleagues and clients, and there are opportunities for future growth within the company.
In addition to greeting clients, you'll also answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, provide administrative support to our stellar clinical team, and oversee daily operations of the office. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of the office team. Other duties assigned include maintaining break room and office supplies and additional projects that align with the strengths of the individual filling this role.
At Counseling Associates, we pride ourselves on extending our compassion and flexibility from our practice to the culture of our company. We understand and support the unique needs of our employees by offering flexible scheduling, generous vacation benefit, and a positive work environment. If you are looking for an administrative role in a place where inclusivity, belonging, diversity, equity, learning, and teamwork are priorities - Counseling Associates may be your next opportunity! We pride ourselves on the culture we have created -- one of acceptance, support, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
We provide a competitive wage, signing bonus, and an array of benefits. Our benefits package includes 401(k) with matching, marketplace health insurance reimbursement (ICHRA), dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, pet insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
We are hoping the right candidate will be able to commute to our main office in New London, NH, temporarily for onboarding and training. We anticipate this training to take between 3 and 6 weeks, which may also be dependent on the timing of the new location's opening.
