Our firm is currently looking for a reliable Receptionist/Secretary to provide administrative support to our executive personnel. A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of office administration, and great interpersonal skills.
Hours will vary there is a possibility of 15-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Be a reliable and trustworthy employee.
- Be punctual and arrive to work on time.
- Write letters, memos, reports and perform other administrative tasks.
- Distribute mail.
- Handle incoming telephone calls.
- Organize office documents and records.
- Provide receptionist services to clients, vendors, and office visitors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
