**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Duties:**
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling
- Oversee office management tasks including supplies inventory and maintenance
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls appropriately
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (not required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
