Job Summary:
The Clinical Account Manager (“CAM”) will be responsible for lead generation & qualification, brand promotion, account education, existing account service, software/hardware updating, and clinical support of the OrthoGrid technology.

Responsibilities:
- Generate, cultivate and qualify surgeon leads
- Generate: Produce new surgeon leads from internal & external resources, cold calls, databases, and any other means necessary.
- Cultivate: Rigorous, reproducible, and timely follow-up, follow-through, and execution of lead qualification strategy.
- Qualify: Process by which a surgeon prospect becomes an advocate, thereby facilitating a surgical evaluation of the OrthoGrid Product.
- Serve as a clinical expert on the OrthoGrid system, workflow, associated procedures and effectively communicate the value of the product to potential customers.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to prospective and current customers on the product, and its surgical applications.
- Develop a business plan and identify target markets in accordance with organizational goals utilizing knowledge of hospital operations, markets, and existing analytics reporting, tools and dashboards.
- Engage with key stakeholders in target accounts, including Orthopedic Surgeons, C-Suite, and Administration to qualify a lead by way of a surgical evaluation of the OrthoGrid System.
- Identify, develop, and educate advocates and expand user base in accounts through a consultative selling approach.
- Knowledgeable with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals at a high level when necessary.
- Set strategy, and plan follow through with respect to sales leadership for the aligned region as it pertains to OrthoGrid opportunities, goals, and tactics.
- Support aligned regions and collaborate with other CAMs to identify and cultivate sales opportunities in targeted territories and on large strategic accounts (GPOs, IDNs, Etc.).
- Proactively manage account and determine strategic direction for how the account is managed in the context of other OrthoGrid portfolio products.
- Drive marketing initiatives and programs and share marketing materials to support the promotion of product and customer education.
- Manage large orthopedic groups and influencers by encouraging social media publications and local marketing incitive.
- Partner with internal, cross-functional stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, Marketing, Product Development, and Research to develop commercial strategies and strategic plans.
- Manage expense budgets and adhere to relevant compliance, government, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university,
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience to hospitals, (ASC or Hospital-based experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of proven results in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, health care industry
- Demonstrated account management excellence experience selling in Orthopedics.
- Working knowledge of how to navigate the hospital materials supply process.
- Must be able to timely and accurately complete Hospital Credentialing requirements to gain access to applicable facilities
- Able to travel extensively and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Must live in the designated geographic territory
- Excellent English oral, written, and platform presentation communication skills
- Must have an aptitude for learning and applying new concepts rooted in medical knowledge and terminology.
- Employee must be capable of navigating a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform.
- Employee must be proficient in navigating and hosting digital conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, ZOHO, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Etc)
- Employee must be disciplined, self-motivated, capable of, repetitious, rigorous, and autonomous task completion, follow up, and follow-through.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
