Marketing and Administrative Assistant - Contract Overview
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant - Contract position will be a 3 month full time contract with the potential to turn into a permanent full time position after the contract ends. This contract position is an in-person position at our San Antonio office. You will work Monday through Friday and work 40 hours per week. You will be paid hourly with the opportunity for overtime.
The successful candidate for this position should be able to generate weekly reports using Excel, manage clients in Salesforce, use Google Drive extensions such as Mail Merge, and create documents in Google Docs and Word. Experience with graphic design programs, such as Canva, are a plus.
The ideal candidate will work independently on specific marketing and administrative projects during the contract. The ideal candidate will also assist with small projects and tasks for the office.

- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Salesforce
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn and X recommended)

Requirements
- High School Diploma Required (Associates Degree or Marketing/Communications Certificate is a plus)
- Work physically in person our San Antonio office 5 days a week, 40 hours a week, starting immediately
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
