What is your role?
As a Game Developer for Eleventh Hour Games, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks across many parts of the game, including new feature development, debugging, optimization, and more. You will be asked to work with other members of the engineering team to discover and align best practices, pushing the game towards continuous performance. This role requires excellent communication skills and autonomy as you will be working with a fully remote team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of game development experience in a programming role
- Experience working on at minimum one shipped title
- Demonstrable proficiency in Unity game engine and C# programming language
- Strong knowledge of game engine systems and performance, as well as data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in writing clean, readable, and efficient code
- Passion for ARPGs or similar multiplayer titles a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and improvements for the game
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimize code, and improve overall game stability
- Optimizing and updating existing systems
- Develop editor tools for supporting game design and development needs
