TABLE GAMES FLOOR SUPERVISOR
JOB OVERVIEW
Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for a Floor Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the table games pit area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to all Casino policies and procedures.
- Observe and ensure accurate taking and paying of bets in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Maintains constant awareness of all pit activity.
- Responsible for protection of the bankroll, the playing public and the Casino’s integrity.
- Maintains and/or enforces the Casino’s rules of play.
- Places into service/removes from service, gaming table cards.
- Notify surveillance of any table opening or closing as directed by manager.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts among players and dealers while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Implement and enforce security measures to prevent advantage play, fraud, and any violations of gaming regulations.
- Observe dealer performance and game flow to identify any issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with the casino's management to make decisions regarding table openings and closures.
- Recognize and respond to Minors in the casino, signs of problem gambling or alcohol intoxication, and suspicious transactions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old or older. Must have dice and card experience. Must have a valid NV Gaming Card. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills. Exhibit enthusiasm and promote a positive group working environment, work closely with other departments as necessary, support group decisions and display team spirit. Endurance to stand for extended periods. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends. Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
