We are looking for a tech-savvy help desk representative with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for responding to email and phone queries and offering technical support to customers. We provide on the job training and the latest technology to help you be successful, but expectations for you to perform are high and we are growing quickly. This role is critical to the growth and success of our business, and you will be an integral part to our success. As such, we are looking for an entrepreneurial minded individual that believes in our vision and growth strategies and is looking for a long-term partnership.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Assist in all aspects of new client on-boarding
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer support requests
- Assist with the research and discovery of support issues as well as follow up with end-users regarding the progress of their open tickets.
- Provide technical support to clients and staff
- Assist the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity
- Be adaptive and strike a good balance between speed and efficiency
- Perform other duties required by Management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year of technical experience
- Ability to perform in a high-expectation environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English & Spanish
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Sorting and sending mail/email
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Assisting with the review of monthly service reports.
