Human Resources Administrator/ Recruiter
The HR Administrator/ Recruiter is responsible for the efficient flow of recruiting and onboarding of employees. They will handle human resource related processes while working with hiring managers. The role provides support to Colaska HR regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Essential Functions
- Point of contact for job dispatches with union and working closely with hiring managers to fill roles
- Work with unions to process “open calls”
- Creating and ensuring job postings are accurate and appropriately advertised. Using DEI software to create job postings
- Requisition management
- Monitor open position spreadsheets (tracker) and keep management abreast of employment status
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
