Responsibilities:
● Ensure child care licensing requirements are met
● HR for staff at center (Hire, Train, Scheduling, etc.)
● Coordinate and planning after-school classes, camp days, birthday parties, workshops and more.
● Front Desk duties
● Building strong and positive relationships with children and their parents
● Float in and out of the classrooms as needed.
● Driving a van - pick up after-school children
● Marketing for the center and community outreach
● Ordering Supplies and Inventory
● Providing emergency procedures (as needed)
● Cleaning/ Organizing
● Check Enrollment
Qualifications and Requirements:
● 1-year experience in the similar position
● Excellent communication skills
● Management experience
● All candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced, but very rewarding, environment.
● College degree
● First Aid / CPR
● Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record)
● Must have a vehicle
● Clean background
● Provide an FBI fingerprint check as instructed
● All candidates must be able to move up to 50 lbs.
