Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processes for US administrative support staff.
- Assist in the recruitment process for US administrative support staff.
- Assist with the onboarding process for US investment banking new hires.
- Act as a liaison with tech support teams to coordinate US new hire set up.
- Assist with day-to-day operations in Investment banking.
- Identify and coordinate training needs for new hire support staff.
- Prepare staffing reports for administrative SVP.
- Provide general administrative support to the administration team.
Required Background/Skills:
- Must have 2-5 years of administrative experience
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal skills
Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help and who works well with colleagues

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $80,000 - $85,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
